Returns
Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of scientific and laboratory products, all sales made by Astro Scientific Lab are final.
Once goods are sold, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except where required by law or in cases of delivery errors or defective products.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A defective product, or
- An incorrect item due to our error
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Responsibility
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over KES 5,000.
- Astro Scientific Lab is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Processing Time
Once an approved returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and process any eligible replacement or refund accordingly.
