Astro Scientific Lab – Shipping Policy
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a refund for the unavailable item using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Locations
Astro Scientific Lab offers delivery within Kenya and to selected international destinations, subject to applicable shipping regulations and courier availability.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times will be provided after your order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date the order is placed.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we aim to process and ship orders within 15 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the delivery location, package size, and delivery method selected.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Additional charges may apply for special handling or remote locations.
Customers will be notified in advance if any changes occur.
The standard local shipping fee starts from KES 600.
5. Damaged Items During Transport
If your order arrives with damaged packaging or products, please contact us immediately upon delivery so we can assist you.
